Shipping policy

Flat Rate shipping is $15 CAD for purchases less than $150 CAD.

Free shipping for purchases $150 CAD and above.

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days. Processed refers to packing, handling and transportation to our shipper. 

Shipping within Canada is by Canada Post and usually take 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped EXPEDITED in Canada.  

Shipping to Continental USA is suspended at this time.

Delays in shipping may occur due to inclement weather, holidays, COVID-19 and other circumstances.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided. Omorphi is not liable if an address is incorrectly inputted. Additional charges may be applied by Canada Post, USPS or any applicable border/customs fees. Omorphi is not liable for any customs/border fees.

NOTE: A  5kg limit applies to all orders. Additional shipping fees may apply due to overage.
